Factory Reset your Fanvil X or H phone

  1. Turn off the device (By removing power supply or Ethernet Cable if POE.
  2. Hold the “#” button and turn the device on (Make sure you are pressing the button until Post Mode Shows Up).
  3. The message “Post Mode” will appear on the screen.
  4. As soon as the message “Post Mode” appears dial “*”, “#”, “1”, “6”, “8”.
  5. Wait 5 seconds until “Conf Rest” is shown.
  6. Wait 5 Seconds after Conf Rest has displayed then UnPlug and Replug in your Device (Your phone will be successfully reset after restarting the device.)
