The system not only allows you to raise tickets 24/7 which our support team can start to address asap, but it also allows you to directly access self help articles and FAQs.
To access the system simply visit
https://helpdesk.thehelpdesk247.com/ and click on the 'SIGN UP' link at the top right of the screen. Once registered you will be allowed full acces to raise tickets, as well as track the progress of previously opened cases.
